Notification concerning the safeguard of personal data according to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Data Protection Code)
According to art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Data protection code”) we INFORM you, that our association „Tourism Association Vinschgau“ is processing personal data relating to its customers and suppliers, acquired purely to meet contractual obligations, to comply with accounting and tax legislation, to dispatch commercial information and to send informative material (via letter, e-mail, fax) about our services. Your personal data will be processed and stored for these purposes in paper or electronic archives.
In relation to the purposes mentioned above, your personal data will be communicated, if required:
- to public and private organizations for the compliance with legal obligations and for administrative purposes and to comply with general regulatory purposes;
- to public or private physical or legal entities with whom our company has commercial relationships, strictly in support of the execution of contractual obligations between the party concerned and our company;
- to those physical and/or legal persons, private and/or public for whom this communication is necessary, directly, or in support of our activity, according to the mechanisms and purposes mentioned above eg. IT support; commercial, legal and tax advice, and certification.
Your personal data are not subject to dissemination.
In their function as those having responsibility, or delegated responsibility, for processing data, our employees and, as our external representatives, the company “Vinschgau Incoming G.m.b.H” and their employees may have knowledge of the above data. The external representatives are only permitted to process the data for the express purposes listed in this written explanation. The Tourismusverband Vinschgau (Vinschgau Tourist Association) is not responsible for the processing of personal data which has been forwarded to third parties.
Your communication of personal data is necessary and on a mandatory basis for contractual, administrative, accounting, tax and financial obligations. In absence of such data it would be impossible to offer the requested service and to fulfil contracts and legal obligations. Moreover we would not be able to inform you about our association’s new services.
According to art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Data protection Code”), regarding your personal data, you have the right to be informed about the data that is being processed, to be informed of the purposes and methods of the processing, to be informed of the entities, or categories of entity, to which the personal data may be communicated, to obtain correction, updating, and amplification of your personal data, and to obtain erasure of data that is incomplete, erroneous, or acquired or processed unlawfully. Agreement to process personal data
Having been fully informed about the purposes and mechanisms of data processing, I understand and agree to the storing and processing of my personal data, according to the Italian Legislative Decree regarding data protection, for the purposes and in the manner indicated in the notification above.
